Intellectual property

The SatView software, this website, its design, text, diagrams and source code are the property of SatDream Tech unless stated otherwise. Reproduction or reuse without prior written permission is not permitted.

Satellite ephemeris data is sourced from CelesTrak. Basemap tiles and geocoding come from OpenStreetMap and its contributors. Imagery remains the property of the operator that produced it, under that operator's own licence terms. Orfeo Toolbox and ESA SNAP are used under their respective open-source licences, and remain the property of their authors.

Operator, provider and product names cited on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention describes interoperability and implies no partnership or endorsement unless explicitly stated.

Liability

Information on this site is provided for general information. Feature descriptions reflect the current state of the product and may change. Nothing on this site constitutes a contractual commitment; the terms of any deployment are set out in the agreement signed with SatDream Tech.

Imagery restrictions

SatView includes sensitivity classification features and a configurable embargoed-zone mechanism restricting imagery access by geography, user and recipient. Their presence does not transfer to SatDream Tech any responsibility for the lawfulness of acquisitions ordered, held or redistributed by a customer. Deciding which zones and regimes apply, configuring them, keeping the list current and complying with the underlying regulations remains the responsibility of the operator of the deployment.
